SPEZILLA coiled tubing is available in numerous high-performing, corrosion-resistant stainless steel and nickel alloys including many 300 Series alloys, 904L, Alloy C276, Alloy 22, Alloy 400, MP35N, Alloy 825, Alloy 600, Alloy 625, including 6Mo (UNS S31254).
We specialize in manufacturing small diameter tubing ranging from 0.125 inch to 1 inch outer diameter (3.2 mm to 25.4 mm) and a variety of wall thicknesses. SPEZILLA coiled tubing can exceed 6,000 feet (2 km) in length without any longitudinal or orbital welds.

The stainless steel coil tubing is widely used for industrial applications such as heat exchanger, boiler, petroleum, chemical, fertilizer, chemical, pharmaceutical, nuclear power, etc. It is also used as fluid transport system such as beer, milk, water systems, medical equipment, etc. Its other applications include mechanical structure, printing and dyeing, textile machinery, medical equipment, kitchen equipment, automobile and ship accessories, building and decoration, etc.
Coiled tubing is available in sizes arrange from outer diameter 0.125 inch (3.175 millimeters) to 1 inch (25.4 millimeters). Wall thickness is up to 0.165 inch (3 millimeters). Lengths up to 32800 feet (10,000 meters) are available for cost-effective umbilical manufacturing.
Spezilla offers stainless steel coiled tubing in sizes from 1/4 to 1 in. and wall thickness from 0.035 to 0.049 in. Our coiled tubing is available in lengths up to 2300 feet, which is up to 30% long than traditional offerings. In addition, Spezilla offers less than reel quantities of coiled tubing. Stainless steel tube straighteners make coiled tubing installation faster and easier.

These SS Coil Tubing/ Coiled stainless steel tubings are widely used in the petrochemical, natural gas, oil and gas, and geothermal applications. Most of the standard sizes of stainless steel coiled tubes are available ex-stock for immediate deliveries to our customers. We have huge stock of stainless steel 304 grade coiled tubes and stainless steel 316 grade coiled tubes in outside diameter range of 6mm to 19.05 OD. We accept order for other non standard size coiled tubings as well. Coiled tubing is available in lengths of 100 feet (30 meters), 500 meters or customs lengths as per client specification.

Stainless Steel Coil Tubes are finished in accordance with customer needs regarding dimensional and wall thickness specifications as well as heat treatment for more demanding applications. In general a Stainless Steel Coil Tube is manufactured according to current standards API, ASTM, and ASME. If required for special projects we can also supply large diameter Coil Tubes.
